Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City Oceanfront

I think this is the best hotel in Ocean City. It's been beautifully redone inside and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is exceptionally good. The restaurant and bar looks out onto the ocean so you can't get a better view. The rooms were beautiful and all face the ocean. I will definitely be going back. It's just steps beyond the North end of the boardwalk. It is also dog friendly.

This is a nice clean hotel. Not top of the line but very comfortable.

The rooms are clean & the balcony view was beautiful. Nothing like waking up to the daily sunrise over the ocean, with the sound of the waves breaking outside

It's a very pet friendly hotel. There are not a lot of them in OCMD so expect to see dogs. They have 2 small potty areas with bags at each end of the building. A small enclosure for some off leash potty time would be nice. There is a small dog beach at the end of the southern island. The place smelled nice despite the dogs.

The restaurant/ bar was convenient for breakfast & we had a nice dinner there one night as well.
Staff was very accommodating. From Kyle at the front desk to Jennifer who gave the place a friendly feel.

The room
The air conditioning is fine, right next to one of the beds. The beds are soft and comfy, and there is an adjustable reading light on both beds, which makes that situation convenient. There is 8 hangers for your clothes and an iron and ironing board. There is also a coffee maker, and a safe, which is easy to understand and use.
The TV has 44 channels, good for kids and sports as well as the news.
There is a working fridge and microwave but no freezer.
The balcony gives a good view of the ocean.
The bathroom is clean and there are many towels and rolls of toilet paper to use.
Another thing I want to mention is that there is enough space for like a little lane to form, and that is where you can throw your pet's toy back and forth to play

Lobby
The lobby is the second floor, after ground, and it contains many chairs to rest and a 4 TVs put together to stream 4 different channels. They are usually sports.

Pool
The pool usually wasn't that crowded and the measurements are in meters AND ft and the deepest level is 4 1/2 ft. The most shallow depth is 3ft or 0.9 meters.
There is no hot tub.
There is one family bathroom very close to the pool, but the floor is very dirty and I recommend drying off and taking the elevator to change in your room.
They also give their own warm towels to dry off, and it is right next to the pool as well.
The pool is indoor and heated and I would tell you to go underwater if you don't want to be chilly.
