Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City West

We stayed here last summer for our family vacation and were impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff, so we booked it again this year for our vacation. The location is great with it only being a 5 minute drive to the beach. We also were glad to see some familiar faces from last year's visit. Orlando was working the front desk during our check in last year and this year and was accommodating. We also were glad to see Chandler during our trip and he was fun to chat with again. It's nice to stay at such a well run establishment and you should be proud of your team. Keep up the great work! We highly recommend this hotel!

It's probably the noisey room I ever stayed in. As a hilton rewards member, I expected better. We stayed in room 119 for one night, zero sleep. I'm actually writing this while still at the hotel, and I never write reviews. Nice room, clean building, but the noise all night is just horrible. The front desk during check-in was very nice.

Chandler was warm and welcoming, while doing the most efficient check-in I have had on this trip. Kaylee was a great help in the evening. She was friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and well maintained, as are the rooms. The rooms are spacious, comfortable for 2 people to share. The bed is comfy with soft sheets. It is on the firmer side, in case you like a bed that sinks. The bathroom is the nicest I have had in a while. Spacious walk-in shower and perfectly thought out. The controls are on the wall opposite of the shower head, so no cold water while adjusting or having your hair soaked while getting in. The grab bar is perfectly placed to get in and out of the shower. A long vanity is easy to spread your stuff out. There was a great outside seating area. The hotel was in a convenient location to lots of restaurants and was quiet at this time of year.
