Located in the center of North Ocean City at 115th Street and Coastal Highway, Gold Coast Mall is the hottest commercial location in Ocean City, featuring a luxurious 202 room resort Comfort Inn which adjoins the Mall and Gold Coast 4 Theaters.  The Gold Coast Mall is aptly named to its location directly opposite "High Rise Row," a one mile strip of high rise condominiums with a total of more than 4,000 units overall.  Ocean City's only fully enclosed year round mall.

Sophia's Italian restaurant Food very good but not recommended if you want friendly staff... We were not even seated but only pointed to a table. No smile or even a welcome.. would not go back. I would rather eat fast food and have good service

Gold Coast Mall was okay. It did seem a bit empty and dated, but it was still a nice place to walk around while we were waiting to eat. The atmosphere was calm, and it served its purpose for a casual stroll.

This mall, if you can even call it that, is flat out sad. I went into Hatland and while the store staff were decent, I couldn't help but feel like this mall died/went out of business years ago and somehow the people who own it never came to kick the tenants out so. The biggest store is a cluttered TJ Maxx (if you've ever been to TJ Maxx in your hometown, just think of the worst experience you've had shopping there and triple it) and it is an actual mess trying to maneuver around in there.

The best way I can explain this mall to anyone is it feels like the scene from the Jordan Peele Movie US when you see where the tethered clones are housed underneath the earth in a weird abandoned mall like floorplan. The lighting is off/straight up dreary, the layout is bad/confusing. I have no idea how this mall is still even open but I think it needs a serious revamp ASAP.
