Stayed here this past weekend with my family & I have to say that I am super disappointed. When we arrived to our room, the room smelled super musty. Dust was visibly hanging from the ceiling. The inside and outside of the toilet was not clean. The cold water smelled like sewer while the hot water smelled like metal. My kids took their shoes off for literally five minutes & their feet were black. We have to wear shoes on the floor our entire stay. The floors were not vacuumed. The thin fleece blankets had hair on it. I just could not believe any of it. I felt so disgusted being there. While we were there someone pooped in the indoor pool. There were other guests who were sitting on the steps outside the rooms smoking cigarettes. I swear I could not have checked out fast enough. I get what the whole concept of your resort.. the outside pool was decent. The shuttles. But this cannot be you guys standard of a hotel/resort. Renovate your resort, fix your water system, & crack down on your housekeeping. I cannot believe you guys. This was the true definition of looks can be deceiving.

A great idea and probably a fantastic resort in its Heyday just unfortunately isn’t the representation of this place anymore. While offering many amenities this place needs a major renovation.
The rooms smell of must immediately upon entry and so bad that all the luggage smells of mildew after leaving. The double beds are TINY which I was not expecting. They do not provide any housekeeping during your stay. No comforters on beds just small old fleece blankets. Had to call daily and multiple times for toilet paper. Walls are very thin and we could hear neighbors on both sides and above us. Tried to canceled my stay early after the first night but was told no refund can be given only “House Credit” which clearly defeats the purposes of the cancellation of bad accommodations. The pool is very jagged and cuts everyone’s toes as you can read in all the reviews. The hot tub had floating debris in it.
Movie theater was a nice amenity but kids standing up and throwing popcorn at each other. Mini golf being free was a nice bonus. Not beachfront but west ocean city is a nice location with way less traffic. I’d love to see this resort renovated and operating to its full potential but unfortunately that was not our experience here.

We stayed in the Main building for our stay. We had little expectations as this is not a 5 star resort, but were still disappointed. The room was basic, 2 beds, table etc appeared "clean" but definitely had an interesting smell. Mold/mildew mixed with Fabuloso? Our TV didn't work, which was rectified quickly with a working one. The biggest complaint I had was the bathroom, specifically the water. I turned the water on in the tub and the water came out brown. After running a few minutes it cleared. Then I pulled the shower setting up and it felt like it was going to detach from the wall. The shower itself was very underwhelming, very little water and minimal water pressure. I'd stay again, but definitely not in the Main building. The rest of the resort appeared updated.
