This is for the Fountainhead Townhouse unit 1. It gets 1 star for the nice porch and easy beach access. There's also a nice sandbox in front of the porch for the kids to play in. There was a strict 3pm check-in policy because they needed time to clean the room which is fine. However, the place was not cleaned. The basement is filthy. There was sand in the shower, and hair everywhere. There are dead bugs on the floor, cobwebs all over the ceilings. The ceilings are cracked with stains on them. The coffee pot they provided was very small and a downgrade from last year. The entry door to the basement is busted and sticks everytime you open and close it. Cracks everywhere and stains on the bottoms of the doors, which I'm assuming is from flooding.
The showers upstairs are leaking that they tried to fix with a piece of tape. The kitchen upstairs was filthy. The stove top looks like its never been cleaned. When you come on vacation, you expect to do some light cleaning, but when you have to spend an hour or so cleaning it's just not a fun way to start off your trip. Please start cleaning the basement and hopefully upgrade it because you feel like second class citizens living down there.

The place was amazing, very clean and welcoming, my family stayed in room 506 and the view was great however we had an issue with how long it takes them to clean, we weren’t able to go into the room until 4pm which was fine until they made us leave at 10am with the cleaner waiting by the door staring at you while you pack up before 10. 6 hours to clean is absurd when they make you remove and bag all the linens and take out all the trash. Another issue we had was the fact that you don’t get your keys and pool passes from the building, you have to drive down atleast 10 minutes to pick them up AND drop them off. Also if you use the pool every individual person has to bring down a pool pass, I personally didn’t have an issue with this because it felt safer knowing only guests could access the pool. The pool passes themselves are extremely cheap and are nearly falling apart but if you loose a pass you have to pay $250. There were lists of a ton of rules and some of them were just absurd. Overall the location was great, walking distance to food, drinks and the beach but they need to change how long it takes to clean.

It is beautiful view , love that there is a pool , buuuut no internet or WiFi . You do have pay for parking I seen someone say you didn’t have to . Yes you do . I wil finish my review when I leave .
