Fenwick Islander Motel

The front desk person was so helpful on our trip back in August. She told us everywhere to go, as it was our first time, and every place we went was amazing. The location was so convenient. Slept extremely well, the rooms were well kept, you literally could not ask for more bang for your buck

Our reservations were messed up multiple times( which room we were in). Booked A king bed with a balcony, got an email saying they changed our room to the first floor. I spoke to someone and received a new confirmation email saying we were not going to be on the first floor but have a room with the balcony. When I checked in our reservation was once again changed. The only rooms they had on the second floor were two double beds. So instead of getting what we paid for, a king bed with balcony, we were stuck with two double beds and a balcony. The lady at the front desk told me the only rooms they had available with the balcony were the room we checked into. Our tub also looks like it had not ever been cleaned. We didn’t even want to say anything to the front desk because we knew there were no other rooms they would put us. I sent an email Saturday morning and have not heard back. Will never be going back again. I understand this is a budget hotel but still expect cleanliness and to be in the room I paid for. There was almost a $30 difference between the rooms we were in.

Needs are clean. But don't get connecting rooms unless you know who is in the other room. We didn't ask for connecting rooms but had one. People in the other room having a set marathon they were very vocal and could here it all. I am not a prude.
Sorry for people who had children on our floor. We asked for another room and got one.
