Grab and go breakfast was decent, very tight if people aren't grabbing and going. I would probably take the tables out if its grab and go as its advertised. An extra pancake maker would be helpful.
Rooms are clean and neat.
Front desk staff is very kind and helpful.
The pool area is extremely hot, not even comfortable to sit in. Definitely need some ventilation or the windows to open more.
The room door didn't lock unless you pulled it tightly behind you when you left.
Excellent beach access 1 block away, many good places to eat within walking distance. I would stay again.

The rooms were very clean and of good quality, and the staff were AMAZING, super friendly and responsive. We had a pet room and loved it! One block from the beach. Housekeeping does a great job! We would definitely stay here again!

We booked three rooms at this hotel for Memorial Day weekend at the very last minute, as our usual choices with oceanfront rooms were either sold out or extremely expensive. We didn’t expect much given the last-minute booking, but this hotel exceeded our expectations.
It appears to have been recently renovated, as the wooden furnishings smelled new. The rooms were very clean and of good quality, and the staff were very friendly and responsive. The hotel also had a clean pool, which is not always the case with places of similar price.
The only downside was the breakfast. The hotel provided cheese, bagels, and coffee, but a conventional breakfast typically includes baked potatoes, sausages, and eggs as well. There was only one pancake machine, which was not enough for the number of guests and was constantly occupied by children. Also, there was no locker in the rooms.
The hotel is a five-minute walk from the beach but a 25-minute drive to the main boardwalk. Overall, it was a very good choice for a last-minute option at a reasonable price. I’m happy to recommend them.
