Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Booked one at this location drove four hours. They called me when I was a 1/2 hour from getting to there location and they told me they had a problem, that they were over booked and didn’t have any cars until the following week. I tried every single location. Within 30 to 45 minutes away. Their customer service is horrible.. they gave me a reservation to three different locations and each one Said they never received the reservation. They Take full advantage of their customers and there’s not much you can do about it unless you want to spend money for a lawsuit.
I have all the reservations on email. Terrible, terrible!
I would not recommend using this company ever! There are many other great rental companies out there. I found Many with better rates and am extremely dissatisfied!

The people at enterprise definitely get a 5 star rating for the service and consideration they showed to me , I had to rent a car because of a accident I was in and having someone handle all of the paperwork and stuff like that so when I walked in there they just handed me the keys made a bad situation a lot easier to deal with, thank you for everything

I have rented from enterprise in the past and they were great, this time I used the location in Berlin Md, and the woman clerk was terrible, rude, and condensing, enterprise claimed there was a miscommunication between them and progressive, I don't see how they had, Progressive had reserved me a small pickup, enterprise tried to give me a small car, when I told the lady A small car would not work for me, she looked and agreed that progressive had reserved a pickup, she argued that they did not have a pickup and I would need to pay extra to get a larger vehicle, I did not make the mistake, why should I be expected to pay extra
