We stayed for the air show weekend and really enjoyed the place. The front desk staff was very nice. The pool was pretty large for a motel and it was really clean. Every morning we saw staff cleaning the pool, wiping down every single chair, etc. The rooms were also clean. The location is great and the walk to the beach is really easy. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I visited Ocean City with our two children and stayed at Dunes Court. I was skeptical when I booked the room, but after reading reviews, I thought it would be okay just for showering and sleeping. However, this hotel turned out to be great. I can't say enough about the staff - they were excellent. The rooms were clean, the pool was well-maintained, and the hotel is conveniently located at the end of the boardwalk, right by the Tram station, making it easy to travel to the Inlet and back without worrying about parking. We also had a quick walk to the beach. Everything was fantastic, and I told my husband that we found a gem in Ocean City - a little "diamond in the rough." We will definitely be staying here again, and I highly recommend Dunes Court for your next stay!

For being an old school style motel. It did my family very well. There were only 2 downsides to the place. If you alstay on the upper levels there is no elevator and the pool was not heated. But other then that. The place is kept clean and the staff is very friendly. Oh the A/C was wicked cold. Thank you Dunes.
