Went today and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and super kind! When it comes to pricing it was very fair. Now the piercer I had though I never got his name, was very unpleasant. I’ve had 17 other piercings and never once encountered a piercer with such little costumer service. It is so important to have a piercer you are comfortable with and this was just not that experience. When it comes to the actual work done, the piercings looks good and is clean. If you are looking for a fun and comfortable piercing experience this is not the place. I’ve had better experiences at Claire’s.

I had an amazing experience at Dimensions Piercing and Retro Boutique! Bridgette was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she had such a gentle hand while placing the piercing. I could tell she genuinely cared about getting it just right. I’m so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how calm and confident she made me feel throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend Bridgette and Dimensions for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to get pierced!

Had a great experience today! Was a little hesitant about going somewhere on the boardwalk, but this isn’t your typical boardwalk shop. Great selection of piercing jewelry - was hard to decide what I wanted! I got a flat, my niece got a forward helix, a cartilage, and also re-pierced an old cartilage! Front desk assistance was very helpful and patient. Owner/piercer was very knowledgeable, store was clean, and felt very sanitary. Thanks for a great experience!
