This review is based on the quote “you get what you pay for” which is how I landed on 3 stars. I’m used to staying in accommodations much more elevated, but this hotel is decent for the price. The room was spacious and they offer lemon water and coffee 24/7. Staff is very pleasant. The free breakfast was decent; again - you get what you pay for. Don’t expect anything other than very basic breakfast food. Upon first glance of the room, it looked great. But there were definitely factors that made it very clear it was a budget hotel. The devil is in the details. Bathroom light was pushed up in the ceiling and dented, no shower liner caused a borderline flood in the bathroom which we soaked up with towels. The bathtub was chipped and the paint job was a mess. Also, make sure to take earplugs. The doors are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway. Location was decent. The bed was hard. Despite the details that could use some work, we enjoyed the stay.
Overall, if you have the mindset that it’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for, it’s a good value.

CLEAN, well appointed hotel in a nice location - several good restaurants are an easy walk, just across the Safeway supermarket's parking lot next door. Some things in the room I was in could be updated, particularly the shower head and a cracked basin, but everything is functional. Again, the cleanliness of the rooms and linens = exceptional. Great value at the beach!

This location is close to Rehoboth. It is a decent place to stay. The beds are ok but a bit too soft for my liking. There is a breakfast buffet but not many heart healthy options
Bathrooms are clean but no sink stoppers which makes shaving more difficult.
It is a decent place to stay but not a high end hotel.
