Jessica was phenomenal! She helped me when I was in dire need of a place to stay last minute as the Coastal Palms hotel put me and my family in a horrible situation. The room was clean, the bed was nice, the air conditioning was amazing. The location of the spot is beautiful with the bay view. They really took care of us in a time of need! Yes the hotel is older, however the bathrooms are AMAZING, the VIEWS, & the hospitality of Jessica made everything worth it. Thank you Coconut Malorie for coming to our rescue! We will definitely make this our go to place.

Amazing views and pretty rooms but very outdated. Location was wonderful but There was mold on the ceiling and lamp shade. Could have been cleaner as well.warm not hot water and even though we had a jacuzzi tub we can only take a shower as there was no stopper. I would stay again but bring cleaning supplies!

From the photos online this place looked perfect. I booked two nights this past weekend. Upon arrival I was told that I needed to pay $100 security deposit and $30 for parking. I handed the woman at the counter my card and she ran it multiple times and then said that it declined for the parking And then said it might have been due to the The fact that she ran it back to back. I didn’t think anything of it and gave a different card for the parking. After checking out two days later, I checked my card only to find out that they charged me over $700 EXTRA. One charge for $663 and another charge for the hundred dollar security deposit. They also keep attempting to take multiple amounts out of my bank account, and my bank keeps declining it and reporting it as fraud. Also on the day of our checkout, which was not until 10 AM one of their staff members just walked right into our room without even knocking. When I called down to the front desk, the general manager told us The employee is “new”. That’s absolutely not an excuse. It was absolutely horrible service and I will never say there ever again and I just hope that I’ll be able to get the money back that they stole.
