I recently stayed at Coconut Malorie a #Wyndham property, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for a #Wyndham resort. The property is very dated, from the thermostat to the old, dirty furniture. Upon entering the unit, we were met with a terrible smell, and it was evident that the overall cleanliness was lacking. The furniture was unclean, and I had to use my own cleaning products to thoroughly clean the unit before feeling comfortable to use the baths and showers.

Despite staying for seven days, the trash was not taken out, and the rooms were not cleaned daily. We were required to take our own trash out to dumpsters located on the other side of the buildings, which was highly inconvenient.

The most distressing part of our stay was the sighting of mice running across the kitchen. When I reported this to the front desk, the response was nonchalant. They mentioned that being on the bay side, a rodent problem is expected. This is unacceptable, as no guest should have to stay in a unit with rodents, which pose health risks.

Due to this experience, I will not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to others. I strongly urge #Wyndham to shut this place down for a full renovation. Guests deserve better, and it's important for the property to reflect the standards expected of the #Wyndham brand.

The bathroom was not clean .. dirty toilet and shower.. hair all around the bed, leaky kitchen sink.. the extra bed linens and pillows had brown specs in it .. the maids had left for the day when we checked in so maintenence at least could clean my toilet. There were no rooms open to switch me to. The maintenance guy was really nice. Had to wait to the next morning for it to be clean. I didn't even get to use the jetted tub. And because I booked thru the count malorie website which is thru a condos site all they could do was a 10 % discount off the first nights stay. Not to mention since there were 4 people in the elevator the elevator wouldn't open on our floor, we had to go 1 level up and walk down to our floor.. don't waste your money.
