Coconut Malorie Resort
I recently stayed at Coconut Malorie a #Wyndham property, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for a #Wyndham resort. The property is very dated, from the thermostat to the old, dirty furniture. Upon entering the unit, we were met with a terrible smell, and it was evident that the overall cleanliness was lacking. The furniture was unclean, and I had to use my own cleaning products to thoroughly clean the unit before feeling comfortable to use the baths and showers.
Despite staying for seven days, the trash was not taken out, and the rooms were not cleaned daily. We were required to take our own trash out to dumpsters located on the other side of the buildings, which was highly inconvenient.
The most distressing part of our stay was the sighting of mice running across the kitchen. When I reported this to the front desk, the response was nonchalant. They mentioned that being on the bay side, a rodent problem is expected. This is unacceptable, as no guest should have to stay in a unit with rodents, which pose health risks.
Due to this experience, I will not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to others. I strongly urge #Wyndham to shut this place down for a full renovation. Guests deserve better, and it's important for the property to reflect the standards expected of the #Wyndham brand.

I highly recommend this location in midtown. The lady working the front desk is truly a beautiful person. Kind, caring, professional, informative and a true sweetheart. She made the check in process pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions. Hopefully whoever you get will provide the same quality service I received from Sedokia

Great midtown location. We had a balcony view of the bay. The room was clean but needed serious updating. 2 out of 3 Front desk staff were friendly but not knowledgeable about the property itself.
