We've been to the Quay twice. Both trips were wonderful but this most recent was even more delightful. We were thrilled that the beds were already made, part of the linen package. All the towels were there too in abundance. The unit was spectacular. Clean and appointed with all modern conveniences. Everything worked perfectly. The ocean front view was so exciting. We enjoyed the heated pool and of course the beach. What I liked the best was the personal touch. When we checked in Joanne welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know to make our visit cozy. We had a problem with the TV and couldn't get the sound to work. Again, I went to the office and Tracy solved the problem within a very short time. I really like being able to talk to a person who can help even with the simple things. The beds were all firm and comfortable. Good lighting for reading. The baths were great as well. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation at the Quay. We've put our name on the list to come back to this unit next year.

my family of 5 stayed here and had a wonderful time. Our condo was great, staff was very professional and greeted us with smiles. What it comes down to is when you go somewhere to stay if your polite, follow the rules and don’t act loud and obnoxious there is no reason for the staff to treat you anything but kindly. Many of the previous reviews I read were only one side of the story. Thank you for a great stay!!!
