Great priced hotel on ocean block. Not the best service. Had to ask for fresh towels even tho housekeeping came. Your only aloud one bag of ice a day there is no self serve machine at the moment. Pool is smaller than pictures and is 4 ft deep. Very close to ocean with great sunrises.(about a 5 min walk. The boardwalk via public transit is about a 30 minute ride. Decent location in the middle of a lot of stuff. A Wawa and 7 eleven is across the street. There was no smoking in balcony’s however there is a smoking area. Vending prices not the worst I’ve seen in the area at other hotels. The second floor has a community bathroom which is useful for the family suites.

It was amazing view seeing the ocean. But the front desk lady’s was amazing and great customer service. The one did remembered me from 2 years ago. I loved that. But Kim Stanley was warm and welcoming helping us getting checked out. This is why I love coming here when I can. I will be coming back in September for sure. Keep up the amazing job guys.

Heidi at the front desk was super friendly and very welcoming, if all of the employees were like her, we would probably return. The other front desk lady (Kim, I think) was very cold and unfriendly as was the manager when I brought an issue to his attention. We were told by Kim that our requested room was unavailable due to maintenance, but it was occupied the next day. We never saw anyone working in the room. Last year when we stayed here, there was mold in the room, so hopefully that is what they were fixing. Housekeeping would come in daily but that was hit or miss, one day they didn’t make the bed, and they didn’t empty the trash cans or replace the wash clothes used, and the floors were dirty. We really only stay here because of the location for a specific event twice a year, otherwise for the money we spend, we would prefer to stay some where nicer.
