Very nice ocean block hotel! All staff was courteous. Our room was kept very clean as was the entire establishment. All our towels were replaced every morning. Our king bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the luggage carts very much! One trip from our car to our room at check in and one trip to our car at check out was fantastic! Elevators and no steps!
We liked that our car was under roof the entire stay as well. This area is more quiet and very family friendly. We sat out on our balcony every evening and enjoyed the sunsets! We could see the ocean and the bay both! We will definitely look to stay next time at Bonita Beach!

Will not come here again. The grounds are not kept. There was glass by the designated pet area the whole week we were there. The pet suite rooms are very small. House keeping will not clean your room if you have a pet. Had to purchase toilet paper at the grocery store. Had to ask for clean towels. There is no self service ice machine anywhere. You have to go to the front desk and your aloud one small bag of ice per day. Rooms are above a really loud restaurant/bar that closes late in to the night. If I had known I would be above a bar I would have never stayed here. The bathroom walls have black mold on them even with an exhaust fan in there. The bathroom door had a cutout in it so it wouldn't rub on the toilet seat when you closed the door. Internet service was horrible. Front desk is incompetent and messed up on charging me for my room. Their customer service is very unprofessional. Was a waste of my money to be here. Will stay at a Marriott next time for better quality and service. Only good part I was close to the beach.

Hello everyone,
I have always used this hotel for business and vacation purposes and have been very satisfied with the treatment. However, on August 15-16, I had a very disappointing and horrible experience during my last trip. I went to the hotel with my family, and there was a front desk lady with a really bad attitude which made our stay a bit complicated. She didn't even have a name tag. When I asked for her name, she said it was "Kim," but I'm not quite sure if that's her real name.
Firstly, I had reserved a city view room but got a different one upon arrival. When I tried to ask her about the mistake, she said there was no choice to select a city view room, despite my reservation confirmation clearly stating the room type as "City View." She didn't even want to see my email with the confirmation.
Additionally, the refrigerator wasn't working in my room, and when I informed the front desk, the response was, "We can only provide one bag of ice per room." This was not relevant to my room's refrigerator not working, and there was no intention to help.
My recommendation for the management is to ensure that the front desk and staff are making guests' vacations nice and unforgettable. It's a good way to keep the hotel fully booked. A good strategy would be to send someone to stay overnight to see what's going on and address the issues.
