CENTURY 21 New Horizon

We had a great vacation at Braemar Condominium. This was my first time staying here and will definitely be back. The condo was very clean and had great view of the ocean.

Everyday is a great day when we are staying at 504 Even Keel. It’s clean, decorated perfectly and has a great balcony directly on Ocean Front. The property is always kept clean and updated. The kitchen provides everything needed to cook and eat. Can’t wait to see the new appliances next time. We love the picture window in the bedroom along with the walk out to the balcony and being the end unit. Parking is never a hassle and the elevator is dependable. Thank you Mr. Owner for all you did to make sure we had a new stove and despite your efforts to provide one, we wanted to stay there anyway. We appreciate your consideration for our week’s stay. You care about your rental and treat your tenants well.

Century 21 New Horizon are professional and friendly. The transition to Even Keel 504 is always smooth and organized when checking in or checking out. We like dealing with them at their location at 8606 Coastal Hwy. Ocean City, MD 21842. Properties are always maintained top notch.

Recently stayed at Angelfish Condominiums on 133rd street in Ocean City and rented through century 21. There were a few things about the unit right off I didnt like. First of all they had the dirtiest floors! I know its the beach but there was sand all over the place and the carpets looked absolutely filthy. The washer was broken, filled with water and making an annoying dripping sound all night! The furniture needs to be updated to something of this millennium. Brought games for the kids to play cause it was advertised as having 2 tvs but only had one the was ancient. Luckily they at least had a dvd player so we could rent from redbox. The beds are trash. All of them. Slept on both queens and the pull out sofabed is a joke. With the money these places are charging they can afford to update and provide better service if they want to see return customers. Ocean city has lots of options outside of century 21 rentals and i will be sure to keep that in mind when planning my next vacation since they dont want to be bothered to provide their clients with exceptional service. Honestly couldnt wait to get home to our bed, however it was a sad reunion because i realized we left the pillows on the bed. So i called the rental company so we could pick them up and they couldnt find them when i perfectly explained what i left, where it was, and what it looked like. After waiting for a call back they said the cleaning lady couldnt find my clothes? Were you even paying attention to anything i said? I left pillows. Forreal this place is a joke. Find your own rentals. Century 21 isnt good for anything they cant even locate pillows on a mattress.
