Fun Victorian-themed hotel right on the boardwalk. We had an amazing stay during Labor Day weekend and my toddler loved the birds in the lobby. We loved the ability to come and go from the beach throughout the day. The service and staff were top notch. We thought we had an issue with our in-room mini fridge and the repair staff came to the room within 5 minutes to address the issue and all was good.

Gus and the staff at Boardwalk Plaza Hotel truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. We took the trip last April, and our father was sick and had hoped to enjoy the scenic views of the beach one last time. From the moment we walked in to the day we left, Gus and others were always thinking of us, helping us, and treating our family like their family. Their attention to detail and enthusiasm was second to none, as well as the constant care of our needs whether it was getting the ramp out to help my father get to the outdoor pool (wheelchair accessibility) or just the checking in to be certain our comfort level was unmatched. My family and I will absolutely never forget how compassionate and caring everyone was, and although our father is no longer with us, it brings joy to us all knowing that we were able to give him such a wonderful experience in one of the darkest times in our lives. We could never express how much this all meant to us - you helped us give our father one last terrific moment in a great life and we are forever grateful to Gus and the rest of the staff. Thank you all so much.

I love everything about this place, and have been returning almost every year for about 10 years. When my daughter was little, she loved swimming in the little pool, and as she got older, we loved the proximity to the beach. She often attended the craft sessions in the afternoon, which gave us a little reprieve, and her a break from the beach. The Victorian beach decor is so delightful, and the birds in the lobby just add to fun. The service is top notch, and location couldn’t be better. I anticipate returning for many more years to come.
