2 stars only because the check in staff was efficient, polite and had everything ready. Check in was great, staff is very nice, room was clean but, the beds were pretty bad the mattress's sag in the middle pretty bad in room 204, the room is very noisy from the elevator going up and down, feels like your sleeping in the equipment room. Starting around 830 pm the rowdiness and ignorance of guests on the floor started, going room to room slamming the doors, hollering in the hallway, the elevator ran non-stop, this went on till just after 1 am, and started back again at 6 am. Since we were woke up at this hour, we decided to shower and leave after only maybe 5 hours of sleep, the minute we opened the room door the hallway reeked of alcohol and stale bear. The ignorance of guest in this location was the worst, how the staff didn't know I have no idea. We advised the staff at the desk as we checked out they were nice and said they were sorry to hear about all the problems, and we pointed out how loud the elevator was they "know". We were told at check in and on check out that we earned an extra 1600 points from our stay but, only received 1500 from the Best Western Rewards program after we told them how bad the stay was, they could care less and said they would work with management to improve conditions, and have them contact us... Nothing since our stay. We used 28300 points and still had to ad 25.00 and 2 dollars by the hotel as a fee, this was a complete waste of our points and cash for a horrible stay. Best Western is definitely slipping on the quality of their hotels and their service to clients, and by their reaction could care less if you will be looking for other locations to stay. They really suck at this point.

Bueno, bonito y barato. Wendy and Jordan are great. Free breakfast very good. Our suit room was huge, new and very clean. Very quiet at night. Free parking and light up at night. Nice area for family

This is our favorite place to stay when coming down for a weekend. The location is perfect, it's very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, Ashley is always amazing! She remembers us every time and makes us feel at home. We also love the special little touches of decor for the holiday weekends!
