Harry and the team at DVR is simply second-to-none in property management. We have had our south Rehoboth vacation rental managed by DVR for many years and could not be happier. They are always on top of things, and if our property needs a minor repair, they take care of it efficiently and at a reasonable cost. DVR invests in long-term relationships with its clients.

Surfrider Condominiums: The unit is somewhat clean and is close to the beach. But it is extremely noisy. I would not recommend for families, just partygoers who enjoy the loud nightlife. There is literally a bar/restaurant that closes at 2 am underneath the unit. If noise does not bother you it is not an issue. Looking forward to the end of this vacation to get home to some quiet.
