The Beach Walk Hotel is a newly renovated 1930s-era boutique Ocean City hotel with historic charm. We are located just one building off of the famous Ocean City, Maryland Boardwalk, on 10th Street (mid-Boardwalk). Walk to many exciting and numerous restaurants along the Boardwalk and prime beach space. We have 16 rooms, each different in size and shape; we are sure to have something that meets your needs.

Where should I start? First off, don't walk in the front door. That's someone's room, not the lobby. Second, be careful on the outdoor stairs they're rotting. And don't park in the lot next to the building, that's not theirs. We had to park our motorcycles a block away in a gravel lot next to the bus stop.
Other guests were loud. Carpet was dirty. Shower was maybe the worst I've ever seen. Room was incredibly small. The blinds were cracked/broken so anyone in the building next door could look in and see my wife changing. Insanely bad experience. Only positive was we didn't see any bed bugs. 1/10 stars, it's better than sleeping outside but not by much. Go somewhere else.

I booked a room, was charged over $400 and ended up having to cancel due to health issues. I cancelled withing the free cancellation period for a refund. In fact, if I were to have cancelled today, I would still be waiting the free cancellation period. It has been 17 calendar days and the policy states that refunds would be given within 10-12 calendar days. I have yet to receive a refund or any kind of communication from the hotel. They never answer the phone during business hours and their voicemail is full.. I have messaged them and sent an email with copies of the policy quoted as well as the charge to my account.
If you are considering staying at Beach Walk Hotel or any of it's other accommodations, I would advise you to think again. They can not manage bare bones customer service.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Bugs covered our wall, dresser and then infested our clothes and luggage. They came up with an ant trap that did nothing. The next night we got to move rooms but then we had to move again because they overbooked the hotel. There are no elevators so we had to carry our luggage up and down stairs a million times because of the problems with various rooms. We called to talk to the manager who was very rude and basically said not my problem about everything. I would not stay here again.
