Moving from Pennsylvania to Delaware necessitated leaving the broker we had dealt with for more than 15 years. The search wasn't easy until I called Avery Hall and was connected with Jenn Wessel! I instantly knew based on Jenn's energy and knowledge, that we had found a new insurance home. Jenn is professional, knowledgeable, diligent , so easy to deal with and nice! She follows up to let you know what's happening and stays with a task until it's done. Jenn is a breath of fresh air in this world and we are so happy that she is our insurance person!!

We canceled our policy with Brethren Insurance, after they increased the deductible amount without our knowledge or agreement from 1 point to 3 points, through our agent with Avery Hall. We canceled 9 days before end of policy and obtained a new insurance resulting in 9 days of double coverage. Moving to today, we are being threatened by Brethren with action against our credit because they want a $75 fee of non-payment of premium. They report this action is due to Avery Hall agent not completing an LRP or LPR (?) Form notifying them of our intent to cancel. In my eyes, they should owe us a 9 day premium refund. Complaint with insurance commissioner forthcoming.

Lisa Hyder at Avery Hall is one of the best I have ever dealt with, she is 11/10. As a realtor in Ocean City she made every last ditch effort to get my deal closed on time and we could not have done it without her. I recommend her to anyone in the area
