I would leave 0 stars if possible, I have been a customer of Avery Hall for 5 years, both home and auto, I had a couple of questions about the renewal coming up, I called their office, the original agent retired and they assigned a different agent to my policy's, her name is Adrian Pyle, Terry who answered the phone told me I needed to speak to the agent and transferred the call, I had to leave a voice message, in total I left 4 voice messages on 4 consecutive days, over a week later from the original message I have still not recieved a call back, that is some of the worst customer service I have ever recieved, a foot note, I actually changed agents to a completely different agency, but when I called Avery Hall and complained and told them I was changing agency's, Jamie was able to call me rite back, she told me that Terry in Seaford who answered the phone there would have been able to answer my questions, if that's the case why was I transferred to anyone else.

I called Avery Hall last week to update some homeowners information. Melisa Weidner was an incredible help to me. She explained things & answered all my questions thoroughly & took some extra steps to get a reduction on our homeowners premium. In times where customer service can be unhelpful & frustrating, she was a breath of fresh air.
