Atlantic Physical Therapy

It is very comfortable and friendly while still maintaining a professional atmosphere. I have only had three sessions but I am amazed that I feel so much better when I leave. I know it will take time and continuing effort to get to being my best self. I like that I am learning what I can do for myself at home and that as I am doing those things at therapy I am being watched and corrected as needed to receive maximum benefit. It is a very helpful blend of hands on movement, stretching, and massage that I can't do for myself, the aching and providing information to help me understand and relieve my pain, and supervision and reinforcement of stretches that I can do on my own to encourage appropriate self care.
At age 68, this is my first ever experience with physical therapy. I was skeptical, but now realize that I is an effective way to help me maintain an active quality of life. I would recommend Phoenix Physical Therapy to anyone.

I felt very comfortable with the staff. They were diligent in trying to figure out the problem in my shoulder and went beyond to pin point my issue.
