Great experience, care, staff, and facility. At first I was a little confused with the check in process as a walk-in patient, but the front desk staff was great and quick once they called me up as the next person to check in. Staff and Doctor were all great. Thank you for helping me feel better while on vacation!

Came back to edit my review. From one star went to 5. They helped me with my bill. And the Dr. Smith is great! Also Donna from the front desk is the best! Thank you!

The doctors and staff are nice and professional. But stay away if you don’t want a headache with a billing department later. You pay in the office. But then they send you a bill. You have to call the billing and proof them that you already paid in the office. Ok. Then 2 months later they send you this bill again and you have to call them again, and they want you to send a proof of payment again, which is ridiculous. The billing department needs an improvement asap! So much headache for just a single regular appointment!

Terrible experience. I waited over 40 minutes to realize that the staff had actually forgotten about me. After mentioning I had been waiting so long (and seeing all other rooms were empty) a staff member basically said “oh crap”. Confirming they had forgotten. At that point, the nurse gave me MAYBE 2 minutes of her time. She didn’t let me speak or explain my situation, just threw antibiotics at the issue and was actively walking out of the room while I was trying to express my concern to her. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.
