Atlantic ImmediCare at Townsend Medical Center

Terrible experience. I waited over 40 minutes to realize that the staff had actually forgotten about me. After mentioning I had been waiting so long (and seeing all other rooms were empty) a staff member basically said “oh crap”. Confirming they had forgotten. At that point, the nurse gave me MAYBE 2 minutes of her time. She didn’t let me speak or explain my situation, just threw antibiotics at the issue and was actively walking out of the room while I was trying to express my concern to her. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.

Good/bad experience. Front desk check-in Kimberly was miserable. Wouldn’t look at me. Never smiled. Monotone voice. She needs to remember that these people are sick. However, the medical assistant who took me back was wonderful as was Vanessa, the PA who examined me. Would go back. Invest in happier ,front desk workers! It would make it a better experience overall.

In and out quickly, my daughter said the staff in the back was awesome and friendly, cant say the same for the lady at the clinic side check in, maybe it was me but she wasnt very friendly. Dont need to be my friend but the first person you come in contact with should be a bit nicer.
All in all thank you, we are.on vacation and this was a great choice for walk in care.
