Amazing experience in Maryland! Assateague Island has a very nice beach and it even has wild horses running around! It makes for amazing photos but don't get too close to the horses they are not trained! Keep your distance! We drove to the island. Google maps says you can't but there's a bridge going across to it to drive on. It's easy to get to and I highly recommend stopping here!

Beautiful place. Loved that the pass for the car was for the whole week. Beach was gorgeous and the horses were exciting to see while on the beach.
We did a couple bike rides (a lotttttt of mosquitoes so cover up and bug spray!) But it was worth the views and walks om the walkways and bridges.
Saw snakes, bunnies, deer, horses, cacti, etc.

Wow what a beautiful place to visit so relax and welcoming. The horse are beautiful and the beach is really peaceful. Staff is friendly and there are military and veteran friendly. This is a just while on ocean city MD
