I stayed here for a work conference a few weeks ago. All of the staff members were pleasant. Easy access to the beach and near by stores. I was a little nervous to step out on to the balcony of my room (1610) because it seemed a little slanted downwards. My room was an “ocean view” however the only view i had was of the construction happening in the building next door.

My friends and I book this resort twice a year and I thought this time I will book it with my family with kids. It was great until the day staff came. The young girl at the desk is rude and doesn't want to help yet the overnight crew is incredible. The 2 men at the front desk were so helpful. I need to warm up a baby bottle and they stated they had a community microwave but it closed at 10pm. I called the next morning to find out the floor of the microwave and the young girl at the desk stated there is no such thing here but you can rent one for $25!? Laughable and pathetic. For a resort, you are charging a $25 fee for a microwave yet you brand to be a "high-end" resort. Incredibly cheap maneuver. I rather just go buy a microwave 🙃 Get it together Ashore. We'll my friends and family and I are going to stay elsewhere from now on.

We had our wedding at Ashore Resort and while the venue is beautiful, the service fell far short of expectations. The reception space wasn’t properly cleaned, appetizers ran out early, and dinner was poorly managed—some guests waited over an hour and a half to eat. The open bar had long lines, and many ended up buying drinks elsewhere.
My maid of honor couldn’t check into her room until 6:30 PM, despite the check in time being 4pm. There simply wasn’t enough staff to support a 130-person wedding.
