10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again! Staff is very pleasant, the rooms are extremely spacious and clean, it’s literally right on the boardwalk, and the price was good! Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Ocean City!

needed a hotel for an annual getaway, I booked Americana Hotel Oceanfront.
location was convenient. friendly staff, easy online check in, immaculate rooms, reduced noise and huge plus no allergens or musty, stale odors, my nose knows ! ! ! another plus, 3 windows, I did not feel boxed up, great 😃
daily room service was available.
there are elevators, no fumbling carrying baggage flight of stairs. I liked the views and could see my vehicle from the window.
Checkout was easy peasy, yes !

The location was amazing and the fact that I got early check in I was happy, but the staff never told me that room 706 was on floor P. They put my room number on my parking pass, that’s dangerous. The room was spacious but outdated. The utility cabinet door would not stay closed. The bathroom was small and water kept getting all over the floor and toilet was super low to the floor. The jacuzzi tub jets shorted out. You could smell it burning and there was no screen on the patio door. Not safe at all. Balcony railings were rusted and peeling. The elevators were old and jerky. The pool was small and dirty. Wall paper peeling. Needs renovation.
