Our room has never been cleaned before, and if it has, it was done by someone without a sense of smell and vision. Live and dead bugs are plentiful, as well as mold, trash, previous guest’s hair, and a strong stench of mildew and dried vomit. I’m genuinely shocked that the friendly front desk staff can sleep well at night knowing what kind of establishment they work for. Don’t be fooled by the affordable prices and the nice, clean, and welcoming lobby. Spend more money and stay elsewhere, or else you’ll deeply regret your decision.

Was clean and very convenient by the beach and boardwalk. They took us in and gave me two rooms at the last minute and it worked out great I love the heated pool and I appreciate the service of renting the room. thank you and I may be back as soon as possible😁 the rooms and property were clean and comfortable.

Location was not bad for being on street from the boardwalk, however, the room was extremely dirty and it was not just sand which one would expect. Our first 2 hours of our vacation was going to the general store for cleaning supplies and then cleaning and sanitizing the room. Microwave was so dirty we tried but could not clean it (nor could we use it). Fridge unclean, but we were able to clean that, however it barley kept drinks cool (not close to cold) even on high setting. AC was filthy and barley kept room cool even on high setting. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Sleep was rarely an option at night since entrance door was not flush, therefore, heard everything going on outside, i.e.: conversations and vehicles passing. No washcloths or hand towels. Thankfully, brought our own. It was an all over filthy suite consisting of bath, bedroom, sitting/couch area and table w/ 4 chairs.
