A to Z Rental Service is a mom owned and operated business, established in the summer of 2002 in Ocean City, Maryland. We’ve made it easy for you by providing for your renting convenience the latest baby and toddler equipment, (cribs, strollers, high chairs, swings, walkers, etc.) excellent beach equipment and the best sheets and towels to make your stay at the beach relaxing as possible. Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized and safety checked prior to delivery. We have expanded our inventory to include linens, towels, beach equipment (umbrellas, beach chairs, baby pools, etc.), items you won’t have to pack and haul, which leaves more room for the baby. We are a full service delivery operation and will continue to grow adding more to our inventory as needs arise.
A family vacation can sometimes be stressful. Finally, a business catering to babies, toddlers and YOU, the parents. We’re taking the stress out of your family vacation!

The stroller we rented arrived dirty. Their website claims that they clean and sanitize items between each rental, which is obviously a lie. There were huge crumbs/pieces of food in the seat, stains all over the fabric, spilled liquid in the cup holder -- it took me about 10 lysol wipes to feel comfortable enough to let my toddler sit in it. The metal around the tires were very rusted (which is inevitable near salt water) - but it made such a loud noise that we had to go out to buy oil just to be able to hear each other while we walked & used the stroller. Without the oil, it would've been unusable. The delivery person then tried to pick up the stroller a day early. Spend your money elsewhere - there's a reason this is one of the cheaper rental companies in the area.

DO NOT RENT BABY ITEMS
We rented a crib and a stroller. Sarah was prompt with getting back to me and getting our items delivered on time.
However, when we went to put our son to bed we noticed MOLD all over the crib underneath the mattress. I immediately reached out to Sarah about this issue. She was willing to bring a replacement the same night, BUT it was too late and we needed to put our son to bed.
As we do appreciate her willingness to drop a new crib off to us the same night, we are extremely upset that a MOLDY crib was dropped off to us in the first place. Should have NEVER happened. It states on their site that everything is wiped with a Clorox wipe before being delivered. Clearly that is not true.
Once I brought up how unhappy we were about the MOLDY crib Sarah was not as responsive. She did not seem to care at all and her customer service skills need work. Sarah offered to refund us the $20 delivery fee for this major issue and inconvenience that we have yet to receive.
