In 1996, after 12 years in the Telescope photography business, Todd Ferrante started a jewelry store on 5th street and the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland and called it Michael Jewelers. It was his goal to have the best jewelry and best customer service in Ocean City. Three years later he opened Park Place Jewelers between 2nd and 3rd street and the boardwalk. It was this year that his soon to be wife, Jill, joined him in his endeavor and he expanded to his location in West Ocean City in the Ocean City Factory Outlets. The Ferrante’s primary goal is making their customers happy with the unique one of a kind jewelry and down to earth, friendly customer service. After 10 successful years in business you will still find Jill or Todd working day and night to ensure that this tradition is carried on by their wonderful staff.

Attempted to change battery in my less expensive watch . Accomplished the installment but could not get the bottom plate secure. After numerous attempts, my wife took it to this jeweler. Gentleman was very professional and very kind. Even though I had not purchased the watch there, he repaired it at no charge. Even offered to pay for his time. NOW THAT FOLKS IS WHAT YOU CALL GREAT BUSINESS SENSE . VERY , VERY RARE THESE DAYS!
