Unique Family Restaurant with a separate play area for children. The play area features a pirate ship to climb on while families relax at nearby tables.

Although children friendly, the restaurant satisfies adults with it's late night deejays, spacious deck and tables, an outdoor bar, great live music and a bayfront view. The indoor bar has a plethora of large HD TV's for watching sports.

Our experience at Dead Freddie’s was incredibly disappointing. Our waitress, Roxy, was completely inattentive. She only showed up to take our order and drop off the check—no check-ins, no refills, no care. We asked for two glasses of water, and she brought just one. No apology, no explanation, and no follow-up.

The lack of basic service made the entire meal uncomfortable. We felt ignored and unvalued as
Absolutely unacceptable — 0 stars if I could.

Dead Freddie’s in Ocean City was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Our waitress, Roxy, barely acknowledged we existed. She showed up once to take our order and once to drop the check—nothing in between. No follow-up, no checking on the food, no refills, nothing. We asked for two glasses of water and she brought one—then vanished again. Seriously?

It felt like we were an inconvenience just by sitting at the table. Roxy’s attitude was apathetic at best, rude at worst. No effort, no courtesy, not even basic service.

This place doesn’t deserve your time or your money. There are plenty of other spots in Ocean City where you’ll be treated like an actual customer. Dead Freddie’s? Dead LAST on my list.
