We went here yesterday with a party of 9. We were able to get a reservation at the last minute and we were seated right away. Our server was attentive and the food was good. It wasn’t great but the portions were large and the price was affordable! The pasta needed some more flavor, the steak was a little fatty and the fish in the platter was too heavily fried. But the shrimp, crab cake, mussels, fries and fish tacos were very good!

I took my dad to Assateague Crab House for Father's Day. It was a very nice spot, close to our campground in Berlin. We were lucky to find a table as soon as we walked in. We were greeted by the front lady, and we had a very welcoming and friendly server. It was very quiet for a Sunday, with a very laid-back atmosphere.

We started with appetizers: the crab dip was very tasty in a warm, perfectly baked bread bowl. The raw oysters were large and super fresh. I have to say the calamari was overcooked and very crispy, almost hard to taste. We ordered the dinner for two with a lobster, which was amazing! The grilled scallops with mashed potatoes and green beans were very tasty and perfectly cooked.

Great crab house! Great happy hour! We went for crabs and hush puppies! The hush puppies are killer! Highly recommend. Yes they are different than what most think but they are very tasty. The other food being brought out to other guests looked great as well.

Just did their Thursday crab special which was 1/2 bushel of small/mediums for $60. A little disappointed that it was 2 1/2 dozen crabs. A half bushel I thought was slightly more. The crabs were still tasty. I'll ask next time how many is in their "half bushel"

Would highly recommend. Will definitely be going back.
