If you are looking for something amazing, come here and get the crab pizza 🦀🍕 One of the best things we ate in Ocean City!
The service is only bested by the view. Both are amazing. Our waitress was so knowledgeable about the area and the menu. She was delightful. Glad she's here on the exchange student program 🙂
It was so nice to see the Chef come out and circulate around the restaurant. He was a little taken back that we weren't fans of your crab appetizer with the blood oranges and avocados. Felt like it was missing something- a little flavor, some crackers to eat it on? We recycled our leftovers into an omelette for breakfast.
The presentation of our margarita and our neighbors Old Fashioned was good showmanship.
Not to be remiss- sitting outside on the rooftop and listening to the great live music was a wonderful way to enjoy our delicious dinner.

Fantastic outdoor seating with music and a bar with the best bloody Mary you'll ever find. The crab pot was delicious with fresh and nicely seasoned crabs. Perfect for hanging out with a date or family because of the views of the bay.

As a family that frequently dines at Michelin-starred establishments globally, our expectations for Ocean City were, frankly, quite low. However, Embers was a revelation. We intended to visit once; we ended up returning multiple times—it is far and away the only refined dining experience in the area.
The service is spearheaded by a charming General Manager from the UK who runs the floor with precision and grace. He navigated our large party effortlessly and provided expert guidance on both the wine list and unique spirit pairings.
The food is standout. While pizza feels like an outlier for a steakhouse, it was top-tier and appreciated by both the children and the adults as a shared starter. The steaks were executed perfectly—expertly salted with a flawless Maillard crust. The side dishes held their own against any premier steakhouse in a major metro city.
The open-concept design offers unparalleled bay views, particularly at sunset. My only note for improvement: the cooling system struggled with the summer heat, making the interior uncomfortably warm at times. That aside, if you are looking for actual culinary craft in OC, this is the only destination.
