For the first time in what feels like forever, the entire Springfest weekend had fantastic, sunny weather! If the crowded Boardwalk and line for Thrasher’s French Fries were any indications of the festival’s turnout, you know it was a good weekend.
As you first walked in, the roar of Jolly Roger’s roller coaster was overhead and the Giant Wheel was the perfect spot to see all the action. This year’s Springfest merchandise was on display with a cool new design. Plus, the new Town of Ocean City logo and slogan were showcased throughout the festival banners and stage backgrounds.
The music was fantastic as always with DJs, bands, and solo artists of all genres taking the stage. Many people enjoyed the sunshine with lawn chairs and benches lining the parking lot for a good view of the music.
The food selection featured Springfest favorites like crepes, wraps, bbq, corndogs, funnel cakes, and more. Plus vendors sold kettle corn and roasted nuts for a delicious treat to take home.
Many of the same familiar faces came to town again as vendors but we also welcomed a variety of new vendors selling their unique merchandise.
