Summer 2019 will be here before we know it and we’re ready to share our boardwalk bites bucket list for this summer with you!
When we think of summer vacation to Ocean City, MD, a few things come to mind.
First and foremost, beautiful beach days filled with warm sunshine, the peaceful sound of the waves crashing, and the feeling of sand between our toes.
And if you’re like us, one other thing is definitely on your mind before your vacay...where do you plan to eat?
The Dough Roller
Whether you’re craving an extra cheesy slice of pizza a hot stack of pancakes or just about anything in between, the Dough Roller is the place for you. They are located on the Boardwalk near the inlet, so enjoy a great meal then head next door to Marty’s Playland or Sportland for some family fun & don’t forget the quarters! Whether you’re looking for a sit down meal or to grab and go, the Dough Roller has plenty options for you.
Alaska Stand
If you’re looking for all of the Ocean City classics, check out the Alaska Stand. From burgers and hot dogs, to funnel cakes, there are plenty of tasty boardwalk treats to choose from! Grab a seat and enjoy the ocean view and your meal.
Piezano’s Pizza
If you’re a pizza lover like we are, Piezano’s is a must-try. Their thin, crispy pizza tastes like a little slice of heaven! Grab a bite to take as you stroll down the boardwalk, grab a seat at the counter, or dine inside. You won’t be disappointed.
The Wrapper
If you like soft pretzels, you’ll love The Wrapper! They take soft pretzels to a WHOLE new level. Enjoy a pretzel stuffed with meats, cheeses, veggies, and even dessert fillings. Try something new & unique!
Fisher’s Popcorn
You can’t head home without a tub of Fisher’s Popcorn after a trip to the beach! With so many different flavors to choose from, we recommend trying a new flavor each time you visit OCMD, or try them all at once (shhhhh we won’t tell).
Thrasher’s French Fries
Everyone has heard of Thrasher’s French Fries and they’re a favorite boardwalk treat. We love them and you will too. Did you even visit Ocean City, MD if you didn’t get a bucket of these famous fries! The big question is...with...or without vinegar?
